Can't Find Eddie Interview

It's probably me, but for some reason I can't find the interview with Eddie that I THINK David Fricke did last November for that special Rolling Stone issue, seems the text of the published interview is gone and there's only the outtake of Eddie telling the story of being locked out of his hotel room wearing only a T-shirt and helmet! It's the one where he talks about it being OK for Townshend to sell out Who songs so Pete can go a' sailin' (sheesh!) Does anyone have a link to it or a copy of it for me, please? Thanks for any help.

I hate to be a pain in the ass, but you have to play the cards you're dealt. Do you know what happened to the text version? I'm on dial up, and streaming interviews on dial up make Eddie sound like he has a worse speech impediment than when he's being broadcast by AT&T...

I don't know why Rolling Stone had to screw with this, but then, what else to expect from Yawn Weiner??

Thanks, but this is the extra bit from another interview. It gets confusing, doesn't it? Why can't they just leave well enough alone!

But I love the hotel story, those maids that wouldn't let him in their room need a saliva test...

Thanks, I appreciate it, but this one was recent, in fact, I read it from a link off this board maybe not even two months ago. It took you to the 40th Anniversary Issue that you could electronically thumb through...I remember it distinctly, I accidentally came across a Cadillac ad featuring Dylan, and had to take a pill...

I could almost swear the conversation around this was a sticky or at least hot as hell for a while; I thought someone might have saved a copy of it, since the braintrusts at Rolling Stone took it down, apparently...Thanks to all who tried to help! Maybe it will show up online someday...
