PJ single 45 sleeves????

I know this is a long shot, but does anybody have these 5 sleeves? Any or all of them? I don't have much to trade, but would pay for them. They are:

Jeremy
Dissident
Not for You
Immortality
Off He Goes

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The piece of paper that the record sits in. It will have the artwork on it like the cd's.
