Those SAS guys are amazing and nuts, what a story. Have you ever heard about the SAS story Bravo 2 Zero, good book anyways. Bravo 2 Zero killed over 250 Iraqis in a 5 day period, there was only 8 SAS soldiers, only 5 came back alive.
These SAS guys just amaze me.

There was this 2 part documentary not long ago on tv here.
It showed how the SAS select soldiers.
It is very tough to get into, the candidates are put through a lengthy physical and mental torture.
Not many make it out of a large group.

Watch the Military Channel here, they haven't done anything on the SAS Selection . But they have done it on the Seals & Green Beret...pretty cool stuff and yes very difficult to get picked just so you can even go to selection camp

Haha thats if you believe Andy McNab. Not the most popular gentleman amongst the SOF community

The Australian doco several weeks back was a pretty good look at selection.

If you want the best or closest 'inside' look try NZ SAS - First Among Equals. Shows about an hour on selection then follows several chaps thru cycle. The DVD is available somewhere on the net (maybe Amazon) but its also on youtube
