it's one guitar just strumming F C F C... and a second one playing single notes, mostly going down F major scale, starting on the f at 10th fret g-string
i think the slinkin' down turn around is C D#5 D5 G, then back to F C F C, not entirely sure there though...
it's easier to figure out from the album version, the two guitars are totally seperated to the left and right channel...
