Virgin mobile problems

Okay i just got a new virgin mobile phone and for the most part i really like it. The phone was cheap and the plans are only $25 a month or unlimited text,web,email and 300 talk min. Thats perfect for me so i deiced to get it. since the second ive gotten the phone ive been able to do anything but text... and thats why i got the phone! i called the costumer service like 5 times and they tell me a different thing every time. the last one told to wait 72 hrs and would give me updates... well its been 72hrs and nothing and no updates!! So far this is been the worst company ive ever dealt with.. I dont even know what im trying to get at with this story but i really needed the just get that off my chest... Sorry for the long rant

P.S and if anyone knows the problem why i cant text please tell me haha
