  • Ok... that's Mr. Garrison from South Park doing the narration, right?

I made it about 45 seconds in before his cry baby tone made me feel... edgy.

I agree.Who could not agree to this?
How ever I have come to realize Most of the ugly violent remarks and name calling on the moving train are from the libs. This is the only place I have been exposed to the libral hatred. I have many friends and co workers that are libs but we have never been ugly to each other even in the hottest debate.

  • I really don't think Jack can help the way his voice sounds. Why not just listen what he has to say or don't listen instead of making it personal.

Well yeah.. he CAN help the way his voice sounds. He sounded like a whiney preacher scolding people for feeling an affinity to two political figures... er... OK, one political figure and one reality show star... that he doesn't like.

And his "you hear people call Obama 'articulate' was kinda funny."

Because that's not what Democrats called Obama, it's what Republicans called Collin Powell. Maybe "those people" all look the same to him?

Funny... I've experienced the opposite. Conservatives seem to really love handing out the judgements and making laws to hurt people different than them.

The most ugly and violent remarks that I've seen would be things like Glen Beck fantasizing about shooting people, Sarah Palin posting targets over politicians she didn't like and Sharon Angle saying that if she didn't get her way in the election, that people should assassinate politicians they didn't like.

I haven't seen any liberals assassinating anti-aborition activists.

But I DO see a lot of conservatives crying about the "violent liberals." Maybe you can point me to one of them?

Ugh god if i hear "the libs" one more time I think i'm going to throw up on my keyboard.
As if you can generalize anyone who doesn't think like you into "the libs".

It's so weird how everything is either "libs" or "cons", anyways.

    She meant on this board.
You'd have to be PRETTY ignorant, to believe Glenn Beck isn't the king of "violent ugly remarks"... everyone knows that, even right wing nutters. Well, maybe not them, but you get what I mean.

  • So a Democrat Congressman can call the Republicans "Nazis" and that's acceptable?

Is that an example of the new era of "civility" we're supposed to be in?

That guy was an idiot, and 'libs' called him out on it (i.e, Jon Stewart)...

I'm tired of the whole "The other side does it!" in politics. And I mean this for both sides. Instead of trashing the other side, make your side better.
Believe me, when I was growin up, I thought the worst thing you could turn out to be was normal, So I say freaks in the most complementary way. Here's a song by a fellow freak - E.V

Yeah I feel like vomiting now when I hear the "libs" and the "dems" and the "reps" and the whatchamacallits and the whatevers.

Its like the whole political system has to be dumb-ified down to 2 teams.
