Will it be the same basic setlists as the west coast? What do you all think?

Random thought - Ed should do "See How We Are" by X. Awesome fucking song!

I would still be absolutely thrilled...all he has to do is sit there.

    thats a great question.

I think it will be as i doubt he knows loads more covers... and the covers he played anyway were insanely good so you would be lucky to hear a west coast set.

I think it's going to be the same 'core' of songs from ITW and a few of the Pearl Jam 'EV' staples (Porch, I am Mine, Around the Bend etc.), but I'm hoping he may throw in a few new things. (however, I'd be happy with any of the set lists from the West Coast)...

I think it would be cool if Ed threw in at least a couple of wrinkles! I'm pretty sure he knows some more songs :). I was amazed at the level of his musicianship. "Dude can play" :D

I'm sure there will be some new surprises.

Maybe some more Pearl Jam songs considering he just had to grab those out for the East Coast tour? Maybe not. Doesn't really matter though, as I didn't hear them out there and would love to. A few surprises would be nice though. I don't think he played Can't Keep out West and don't see why he kept that away. Off He Goes... Sometimes... Drifting... Gone... Thumbing my Way... MFC would be great. Acoustic Sad would be it for me though... anyway just making my wishlist. Yea, that one too.

The only reason not to would be that he doesn't want it to be a Pearl Jam cover show, and that's understandable. But from a musical standpoint, there's no reason not to play any of these.

Ya, what I think would be really killer would be for him to really mix something up a bit, and when you mentioned 'sad' I thought that would be perfect for him to do in a sort of mellowed out way (you probably meant for him to just kick it out full on, which would floor me too, but it got my mind wandering to cool possibilities..)

is obnoxious idiots screaming their requests the entire show. That was awful! And clearly Ed was getting annoyed with it... (Berkeley1, he finally told the crowd to shut the fuck up).

Mixed set list or not, he'll put on a great show.
