Help, what can I get my sister for her birthday?

Her B'day was on the 15th, she is 29, but she is coming home from a holiday today, and I am struggling....

I will spend about $50, (I've spent nearly all my holiday money :( )

Help please, she will be here in an hour and half, and I got to race to the shops....

    Alright, update. This is what I got her.

    - USB stick (she is always borrowing mine)

    - Inception blue-ray

    - Birds of Tokyo Cd

    But I forgot the card at wrapping paper :o :(

    But I bought myself 5 silk ties and a shirt.
