Same thing almost happened to me with my daughter in the car, we were stopped first by five seconds, had the right of way and the other driver barely stopped, didn't look and started to go a split second after me, I slammed the breaks and honked. They stopped and I rolled down my window and made a "just go!" movement with my hand, if you're in that big a hurry, damn!
