There is also going to be a companion DVD documenting the recording process and ending with the Wrap Party gig at Paladino's Bar where Krist joined Dave and Pat Smear onstage.
I'm really looking forward to this record.

The most dissapointing record I ever purchased was the third Foo album. The first two were awesome - the third was total weak sauce. That "Learning to Fly" song or whatever was just total pansy-ass. 4th album was great.

Loving the tease and cannot wait for this album!! They said somewhere it was gonna be their heaviest yet, definitely looking forward to it. Also pretty sure they're gonna tour big and have been wanting to see them for a couple years now and will hopefully finally get the chance this year!

"Learn to Fly". "Learning to Fly" was a Pink Floyd track 8-) . The third record was better than the fourth, although I like both very much. I think they have put out consistently good music, and can't wait to see them live again!

Agreed, I think they were a bit lacking in direction on the fourth record.

It's weird, but even though I consider the Foos one of my favourite bands, I don't listen to them all that often. It's not that I don't think they're good on record, they're just better live. I've seen them countless times over the last 15 years, and they never fail to put a huge smile on my face  Can't wait for the Milton Keynes shows in the summer, gonna be wicked!
