    You were two minutes faster than me. I was about to post it. :) I agree that this is bad news for Soundgarden fans but is also something that confirms Mr. Ament's sayings about Spring gigs. ;)

    Saw Cornell for the real solo releases (the first two) and the shows were great. Never got to see SG when I was in HS, so I was looking forward to seeing them. I think Matt realizes in order to avoid a "who gets in as drummer" controversy for the RnR HOF that he needs to stick with Pearl Jam LOL.

    I would love for him to go on an acoustic tour. I have a boot of Chris Cornell playing acoustic from his entire catalogue and it is amazing.

    I've seen CC with Audioslave but never with SG or Solo...I will wait until they post NYC shows for his solo shows. I can't wait. Maybe Chris wants to keep his vocals warm and ready for the big show with Soundgarden at the PJ festival...who knows ;)
