    That's just Darwin, it's a fucking strange place. But my favorite news story when I was in Darwin was when a guy driving at night hit a man walking in the street, but here is the real kick, the guy walking got charge for walking without due care, anywhere else in the world the driver would have been charged for hitting a pedestrian.
