How anyone can say the NBA is better than college ball must be on drugs.

Anybody that says that either doesn't really like basketball at all or worships Satan.

I can handle NBA playoffs(though most of the first round series are pretty crummy), but it just doesn't compare. Even those really stacked HS teams they show on ESPN are better than 98% of NBA games.
    Agreed.

Plus the NBA playoffs last for two months, which is way too long. At least make the first round and possibly the second round best-of-5 series instead of 7. Nothing compares to the entire month of March, with conference tournaments and then the NCAA Tourney.

Yeah, NCAA Basketball in March and early April is about as good as it gets. It helps that UConn is always so awesome, but I love watching those games no matter what.

The conference tournaments-the first weekend of the tourney pretty well trumps everything else in sports. What else is on that level consistently? Totally loved watching the Mavs dismantle the Heat and as a Cards(and by most accounts any baseball) fan that WS run was unbeatable, but on a year to year basis March Madness can't be matched.

Good call on the first weekend of the NCAA Tourney, that is great basketball right there. That weekend and the conference tournaments weekend are two of the main reasons why college basketball trumps the NBA. And agree that March Madness can't be matched.

To be biased, UConn's run last year, winning the 5 games in 5 days and winning the NCAA to end the season winning 11 straight games was pretty remarkable.

The Cardinals' run this postseason was pretty damn good also.

    Seriously, I can't believe he's still around.

As a Purdue fan, that killed me last year. We were all thinking they were going to be a final four team that season for about two years previous.

I don't watch much NBA, but I'll pay attention to the Celtics with Moore and Johnson on the team, who were in Hummel's class.

What exactly are you going to pay attention to E'Twaun Moore on........Minutes not played?

Zing! Actually they both had minutes yesterday, and probably will get more if they keep losing.

Nice win for UConn after playing like shit against Seton Hall and Rutgers. During that Seton Hall game, every call went for Seton Hall.

I like when Jay Bilas does games. He's one of the few commentators that I like.

He's grown on me as well. I didn't like him at first because of Dook. It was just like with Aikman and the Cowboys but now Troy is one of the best out there.

Brandon Paul was awesome last night. Big Ten is stacked with lots of good teams this year.

Louisville is the most overrated team in the country.

Syracuse only great team in Big East.

I agree with pjhawks regarding the big east. I have seen Uconn a few times. Lamb is talented, but that team doesn't impress me. They had a tough time at home the other night vs a blah WV squad.

And Louisville is absolutely the most overrated team.
