    There are plenty of great people on these boards. Dimi obviously comes to mind for all that he does here, but I want to single out Heineken Helen for organizing the Secret Santa thread. I had a great time participating this year.
    Still can't believe I met Mike Mccready at the Guggenheim and got a pic with him!!!!!

    Sidnum - didn't even know who he was or where he was from. He put up a post I responded to first...and sent me a pair of tix to see Eddie in Montreal in 2008 for FREE (he even payed the overnight shipping cost...and never asked for anything in return). I ended up taking my 8 year old daughter with me for her birthday...little did we know we would meet Eddie backstage that night...let alone be called up onstage for him to play a song just for her (the crowd of 2,500 people also sang "Happy Birthday" to my daughter)...without his generosity none of this would have ever been possible...Upon hearing what happened that night Sidnum was so overjoyed he decided to just give the tix to a PJ fan (contributing to a night we will never forget)...Sidnum and I talk regularly now and even meet up in person last year for the PJ show @ MSG...Not only did my daughter and I have an amazing night...I now have another amazing Pearl Jam friend for life...Thanks again Sidnum for your generosity and friendship...

    Thank you for the chance at the free shirt...Happy New Year to all PJ fans...it's going to be a great year...

    What a wonderful idea! I've been active on this forum since november last year and I must say that I am overwhelmed with all the friendliness, the joy, the generosity and craziness of all the people I met on these boards since.

    I'm having a wonderful time lurking around here and I'm in a big need for sleep since I became active :lol:

    My warmest Thank you and a hug goes to Dimi for just being wonderful, to Black Diamond, Theserialthrilla, 4and20, electricxlovex, unlost dogs, pearldummer etc for making me laugh and providing me with an excellent opportunity to improve my English in our hilarious conversations in the evening,

    :oops: I'm still pretty new at this and haven't really made contact with anyone!! I'd like to but not sure how. Tooo shy!! But this is a new year and gotta start somewhere.
    I'd like to say Eddie Vedder as my choice. I know he probably hasn't made too many, if any posts but he is awesome. He's the reason we are Dedicated Pearl Jam Follower's. One reason I'm choosing EV is as follows :arrow:
    Sept 2005- Pearl Jam was playing their show in EDM, Alberta, Canada (that where I live) & I had a crazy moment and bought tickets and a flight for myself to their show in St.Johns Newfoundland (opposite end of Canada) to see their 2nd last Canadian show :twisted: Amazing experience. Australia ain't that far away :twisted:
    Point is Eddie and the crew arrived in St. John's and happened to stop at a convenience store and the cashier girl was mentioning that her Boyfriend bought 2 tickets to the show, he had just dumped her and was going to take some other girl. :evil: WOW!!
    Eddie overheard this and gave her like front row tickets and pulled her up onto the stage with him and told Everyone at the show the story. It was amazing. It still gets me goosepimply remembering that weekend. The best part was the Ex Boyfriend was at the show that night..
    Eddie and the band all have the biggest hearts ever. At least I think so.

    There's so many nice people on here it's hard to know where to start.

    Niko and his wife for doing the mugs was unbelievable and of course phillyfan for handling the US/Canada shipping!
