Holy flabby butts! I've just watched the last 20 minutes of a horrendous documentary showing this guy Paul Mason having surgery to help him reduce weight. He was apparently 57 stone when he went under the knife. After having his stomach stapled he then had to have plastic surgery to remove a huge lump of flesh from his inner thigh to enable him to try and walk. The lump weighed 1.5 stone.

His treatment has cost a fortune including the home care he has received as he's been bedridden for 10 years. His care is still costing the taxpayer a shed load of cash as ayear later he is still bedridden. Now he has decided to sue the NHS for failing to help him years ago.

Didn't the fat fucker realise when he reached about 20 stone he had a major problem and should stop eating? No he continued to consume 32000 calories a day. He made me look like a stick.
