Melvins/High On Fire vs QOTSA

I have a predicament. Do I go and see the Melvins and High On Fire double bill or the QOTSA? They are playing in my city (Wellington, New Zealand ) on the same night. Feb 22. This is very unfortunate scheduling as we do not get a lot of shows here so to have them play on the same night really sucks. Who would you guys recommend seeing?

With the exception of a couple people on the board, QOTSA is one of the few bands that gets virtually unanimous support around here. Can't wait for their next album. Their remastered self titled album comes out this Tuesday.

Is the remeastered s/t still happening? It's already been pushed back once and I'm still yet to see anything concrete on it's release. Nothing on Rekords Records site and Amazon says release date has yet to be determined. Anyone know what the deal is?
I'd go with QOTSA. I had a similar dilemma back in August when I had a ticket to their benefit show at Club Nokia here in LA and won tickets to My Morning Jacket the same night. Chose Queens and was so glad I did. They encored with 4 songs with Mark Lanegan which was the 1st time I'd seen him perform with Queens since 2003. Absolutely incredible.
Homme is Axl Rose 2.0 with his endless delays with stuff.

Lanegan should just take over QOTSA. No doubt it too would turn to gold.

The only band of these three I have seen is High On Fire and I must resonate your statements... they kick huge ass. Matt Pike is a beast on stage and can really play his instrument well. Great metal band, for sure.
