    Yeah it should definitely help. I've learned from experience, the best thing you can do when feeling ill like this is give your body all the rest it can get. Otherwise, you'll start feeling better then an hour or two later you'll be back feeling like you're on your death bed again. And the cycle will continue until you realize you just have to rest, period, until it's out of your system.

    So rest up. We'll all still be here when you feel better. :lol:

    I don't remember the last time I had a serious illness (not counting a cold).
    Sometimes I kinda think it would be nice to feel like shit for a few days and have a legitimate reason not to work and not to get out of the bed. Better watch what I wish for.

    All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow

    They say every sin is deadly but I believe they may be wrong...I'm guilty of all seven and I don't feel too bad at all

    Took theraflu. Knocked me out for about 6 hours. Still feel horrible but, I slept like a baby, which is progress. Thanks everybody!
