Did you try the above link? There's alot of stuff in there and reference to people trading old boots, maybe scan through it and you'll find what you need

I knew those threads, i meant old shows, 1990-1999

In the first link there is mention of trading old shows, you'll have to scan through the thread, I haven't so I'm not sure of everything that's there.
