the ones at the bottom of the page with the out of phase and neck roll-off as the extra positions. i just did this with the body that will become my 12-string tele and i think it's going to sound great. those two extra sounds are going to be very useful with a 12-string since they're a little lower output and a little brighter. you need a 3-wire neck pickup to do this but that's easy and in my case i'm using fender SCNs which are 3-wire anyway.
i wish i'd thought to look up 5 way wiring ages ago. i've been missing out.
preview of what will be the 12-string. waiting on the neck now. we're still a couple months out. just put a couple loose strings on it to check the wiring. not starting a presidents of the USA cover band or anything.
