Somebody please help me

I have the movies Tommy and Quadrophenia and the subtitles for both, but i can't find a program to attach the subtitles.
I found like 2 programs to watch the movies with the subtitles with that program, but i want to mae everytime i open the video i have the subtitles on it, so i can reap them in a DVD.
I heard Sears is a good program, but i can't find it anywhere.

    getting the subs on a DVD you'll need to use a DVD authoring program like DVDFab.

    or alternatively use VirtualDub to 'burn-in' the subs into the picture

    I haven't done that stuff in years though, they might be easier/cheaper ways now
