just so ya know, many arabs were upset about the innocent loss of life on 9/11, despite the image you want to make of them all cheering in the streets, here is the reality of how these people reacted to what happened:

I would say at the very least they're radicals intent on doing harm to American citizens and that's why they're there other wize how did the government know who to round up ? I don't think they went door to door and randomly picked out people they thought to be terrorist.
