posting a picture

I am pretty new to putting pictures on here. How do I Put a picture in my post. I am trying to put a picture of my nice new mug. any help would be great thanks.

First of all, you have to upload your pic somewhere like ImageShack (it's just an example). Then, copy the direct link and paste it here between [ img]link [ /img].

http://photobucket.com/ does the same thing ..

Just upload your pic there . and it will give you a list of codes and you want the IMG code . just copy and paste it here .
