Vinyl for Sale

I am offering this set of vinyl to pit members before I post them on ebay. I am selling these together as a complete package, and AM NOT interested in listening to offers for individual records. I have done my research in pricing this set by checking sale prices on ebay, craigslist, and other pj boards. For pit members, I have taken the average sale prices, totalled them up, and discounted by 10% less than what I would ask on ebay. THE TOTAL ASKING PRICE FOR THE ENTIRE SET IS $1200.00, including shipping. I will bubble wrap these records and ship them in one strong carton by UPS to the buyer. Please do not pm me with offers. I have taken great pains to arrive at the prices on these albums and am therefore not interested in negotiations. If they don't sell here in a week or so, they go to ebay.

Here are the records and condition. None of them are sealed.

Vs. - open but never played, mint cover and vinyl
Vitalogy- open but never played, mint cover and vinyl
No Code - open but never played, mint vinyl, mint sleeves and inserts, cover has a 1/2 inch flaw at the bottom of the spine on the left
Yield - open but never played, mint cover and vinyl, includes sticker
Riot Act - open but never played, mint cover and vinyl
Pearl Jam - open but never played, mint cover and vinyl
Lost Dogs - open but never played, mint cover and vinyl
Rearview Mirror - open but never played, mint cover and vinyl
Benaroya Hall - open but never played, cover has slight rubbing from shelf, number is in the 600's, mint vinyl and poster
Into The Wild- open but never played, mint cover, vinyl, book, and 7"
Christmas singles, 1998 - 2007, all mint

FYI, I accept PayPal to make the transaction safe and legit, or we can come up with alternative payment guarantees, ie. postal money order. I will provide my ebay user ID (100% feedback, 83 transactions) to a serious inquiry.

    Some of them were purchased after my old turntable broke, so they never got a spin. Later records were purchased just to collect, but I wanted to see the inside artwork and/or inserts.

    I just had to sell my collection too. Pretty much the same as yours, except for Binaural, Live on Two Legs, and a few more singles, and I only got $800. The economy's in a state, my friend.
