Troeg's Mad Elf Beer

I've been drinking this beer for about three weeks now (not continuously) and I think it's made with qualludes and crack. They say it's 11% alcohol but I swear it has to be more like 15%. It's a wondeful "holiday" beer cause you get drunk FAST and it keeps ya warm. Highly recommended.

    no... I don't drink from a goblet. I drink from a pint glass cause 16 oz is better than 10 or 12 oz. :D

    I don't have time for that anymore... plus I'd much rather go to happy hour and be done drinking by 8pm and feel just peachy the next day, rather than drink all night and be a hungover mess all day. Unless it is a rare free weekend for me, then I just drink through the hangover.

    You've yet to have a Mad Elf, or anything from Troegs? Either way, that's a shame. One of the best breweries in America. Get there for a Saturday tasting.

    I just had it for the first time a few weeks ago...it was a keg from last year, and it was deeeelicious! about 3/4 through my first glass I was amazed at how tipsy I was already :shock: I didn't realize it was 11%!
    Need a tour Travel Agent??? Pick me :-)

    Hopefully my local pub will have it on tap for another few weeks. But I don't have to wait a year. They have it on tap in July for a few weeks, too!
