    I was wondering b/c you told me to invite you before if I have him sing in my house :) I've seen him sing at one lady's house twice in VA and a lady's house in Penn. And I'm so sad that I can't invite you b/c I don't know you personally. On here, you appear to be a sweet, loving dad and pet owner but you could really be a 60 year old, unemployed geezer living in your mom's basement in Iowa :D

    sorry if that was offensive. I must have read somewhere about Internet fake personality profiles and that a guy turned out to be a 40 year old unemployed man in Iowa living in his mom's basement. I think it was on the news about a pedophile pretending to be 13.

    besides, my thread got offtrack. the topic was royalties for youtube and if I could be charged later on.

    I've watched a lot of those videos. I'm still a Verve Pipe Fan. Good stuff! Keep posting anything new! I'd love to get a bill for $300,000. Ever heard the phrase "can't get water from a rock"?

    No I've never been to a VP show....I don't live in a place where shows are played locally often(one hit wonders might have a chance though) and I really only can afford to travel for PJ. What was the kiddie show?

    the verve pipe made a children's album and they've been playing those songs in concert for almost a year now. when i saw them in july in northern va, it was 3 year old's everywhere....but some of the young parents looked like the were vp fans that were holding 6 month babies!

    Looks to me that all they're saying is that EMI has the right to make money off of that video through advertising if they choose to do so. Nothing more.

    lol, yeah, Kings Of Leon did that to me too. I take video of 1-3 songs from most of the shows I go just for a hobby. I put all of my other Bonnaroo vids from this season on youtube, and than KOL guys sends me some document with all of these laws and rights on it, so I called the place (which ended up being KOL management group) and told the lady I filmed them on a carppy sd handheld camera, she laughed and told me not to worry, they were coming out with a new album and until august when it came out they didnt want the new some on youtube...fair enough
