As in no instant, just espresso style???

I have a question. I can make a decent coffee out of my home machine. I have a good grinder, and good machine. My problem is when I make multiple cappuccinos or whatever, I can never pour the milk right. I think because the foam rises to the top of the jug. I can pour a good big mug but as soon as I pour two cups I fuck up.... and the coffee becomes too milky

How can I pour two good cups??? One I am good (even can make a heart at times with the milk and the crema) with two.... Not so good....
