I had a dream many years ago-- maybe circa Binaural-era-- that Pearl Jam had released a new album and that it was titled Trust.
I gather speed from you fucking with me.

Ok. I was on stage again and wearing a strange teletubbies mask. Sitting on the side a bit. Ed was singing whipping and sounded terrible. The band left the stage to figure out what they were gonna do. I was left in charge of picks. They were all strange non pj designs. I got a bunch for me. Then someone on stage was going to give out more picks to the fans because people were getting restless. Then they decided to give them to me to give out. I whipped a few into the crowd. Then a fan came up to me and I was going to give him a few. He took the bag. I was like, ok, just share with the people around you.

Before the EV concert 2019 in Düsseldorf, I dreamed that we had seats in the 1st row in front of the stage. During the concert Eddie came up to us with the microphone and .... then I woke up, what an annoy!

I had a dream in late spring/early summer 2020 that we finally got to see Pearl Jam; they were playing Quick Escape and Stone's solo was coming up. It was great.

Two nights ago I dreamt I was at an EV show in a TINY venue with great seats. As the show opened (with Invincible) Eddie ran up and down the aisles high-fiving everyone.

That first dream might actually come true in a couple of weeks! (Though none of the seats we have are as good as they were in the dream - I think we were in GA, a few rows back, centerstage.)

Had a dream that I and a few other people were invited to listen to Scott Weiland cover a few Pearl Jam songs in a small recording studio. Me and one other person were lucky enough to be within arms reach of him while the other people were behind the plexi glass but could still hear and see him. I remember he sung three songs. One was Corduroy, another song was called Goodbye (I think this was suppose to be "The End" though) and the other song was off the Ten album, maybe Alive or Black.

edit: Just realized that Scott Weiland passed away seven years ago yesterday. Maybe that's why he was in my dream

    ^^cool.
I just rembered I had a dream last night. Always similar. About finding myself on stage during a break or right after the show. Amazed no one is kicking me off. This one I was crawling around looking for picks. It was kind of dark. I found one in a muddy area. It wasn't a pj pick, but it was a unique one on Stone's side.
Lucky to have a pile of picks to wake up to... :/
  • Last night, found a Benaroya box set and Lost Dogs for $10 a piece. Grabbed and pulled the shelf down to reach it, and then like a dozen other people showed up. Got home only to find they were shoddy bootlegs.

The song "Black" was being played in my dream last night as I was running away or towards something. I think I was being chased.

Last night, I saw the band performing live on a big stage. Somehow I was wandering around the stage, and then a crew member handed me a mobile phone and asked me to take pictures. Then I remember standing on the side of the stage (Mike's side) and taking some iconic photos, such as the one that Eddie leans forward when singing. The stage setup was that of the Lightning Bolt tour with the huge glowing light bulbs. :lightbulb:

Last night, I saw Eddie and Jeff covering, a cappella, U2's With Or Without You during an intimate (PJ?) concert right outside of the apartment building where I grew up in Greece (population: 1200). They were both singing it right into my face, all smiling. At the end of the song, Eddie got emotional and started crying tears of joy

  • Interesting that so many people have dreams involving PJ shows. With me, it’s usually just one or several of them showing up randomly in any PJ-unrelated scenario. And then there may or may not have been a few NSFW ones involving Ed

Last night I saw a 2024 Eddie teaching music in a big university amphitheatre  The only two students in attendance were me and a childhood friend of mine to whom I haven't spoken in almost a decade :open_mouth: He had a serious look, and he was stressing the fact that we need to press on a key for the next note, or something along these lines...

Last night I saw them performing at an abandoned parking lot :open_mouth: They weren't standing on a stage and the place was packed  Then suddenly I found myself watching the show from the bend on the side of the car park just a few metres away from a 2006-2009 era looking EV. There were less than ten people enjoying the gig from that "secret" spot  Then one of them walked up to Eddie and whispered something in his ear. Ed put on a baseball cap and said: Change of plans... And then the band started playing U :rock_on: That was the third song of the second encore. The first song was Indifference and the second tune was Life Wasted :star:

Last night I saw them performing at an outdoor space similar to that of the Ride Festival (Telluride, CO) The stage was quite high, and its face was made out of rough concrete (very uncomfortable if you wanted to be in the front row) I was standing at the right far end of the first row (Stone's side) where the stage was mysteriously lowered. It was much easier to enjoy the whole band from that sweet spot  I remember they were playing Low Light, Man of the Hour and then suddenly the crowd got disappointed and started leaving. I was feeling for the band, but I knew deep inside that they would return on stage to perform more songs  When people found out that they were coming back for more, they started rushing towards the front. I also made my move, and I easily found plenty of space right in front of Ed. However, it was so uncomfortable to watch the show from there, so I went back to my original spot. Then an angry Ed started singing Superblood Wolfmoom :rock_on: During SBWM, he was holding something with both hands, and the people in front of him were stretching out their hands to receive it. Ed angrily denied them, and he started walking towards me. When he was standing right above me, he said: I like your hat, with a bit of a grin. Then he knocked me gently on the top of my hat with the back of his hands. I removed my hat, and then he dropped numerous Pearl Jam pins inside my hat :triumph: Needless to say that I was beaming with joy  The funny story is I don't usually wear a hat, unless it's summer and I'm at the beach. I don't own such a hat, and I also don't remember where I've seen someone wearing it. My hat was similar to the 2024 Retro Trucker, but instead of Pearl Jam it was saying PEACE :peace:

I had an absolutely bonkers one last night.

Pearl Jam was playing a show at an elementary school kinda like a "for the kids" or "Pearl Jam gives back" thing. Obviously, it wasn't advertised to the public, but a small number of connected fans (me of course, Laura from Wishlist, Dimi) were there.

They did about 12-14 songs like Save You, Even Flow (how they did those in front of kids was anyone's guess) and a few off Dark Matter. I think I saw Wreckage on the setlist.

They then took a brief break and were supposed to do some more songs, but it ended up being kid songs like those ones that parents get totally annoyed at because their kids want to hear them non-stop (think Baby Beluga, which I believe they HAVE actually played). Well, they ended up putting so many kid songs in the setlist "on the fly" that they had to scratch their closers of Baba O'Riley and Indifference.

I remember getting my hands on a copy of the setlist and being sad that I wouldn't get YLed, but it didn't really matter because they didn't end up playing Indifference.

After the show on the elementary school's gym stage, they did a brief "meet and greet" with the kids, but Stone couldn't stay because he had something very important to get to and he didnt realize he'd have to stay after the show for the "meet and greet" when he scheduled the other thing. It was something incredibly boring like meeting with a lawyer to sign papers or some such.

It was weird because I remember holding it...it didn't feel like regular paper though. I think I just held it for a few minutes.

I did see a FB post a while ago about how the guy from Sublime plays guitar...not like the lyrics, but bland and vanilla. It was mentioned in the dream how Mike would run circles around that guy.
