If their announcement of this re-release had ended with: "guaranteed to arrive at your door before christmas" I probably would have ordered 3 or more of these as presents. I have a lot of respect for The 10C and the band for not taking that route in this time when everyone seems to want to make a quick buck, whether it's the exact same DVD but now with an extra commentary track or deleted scenes, or a 'new special edition' of an album that came out a year ago, but with a free poster, or some nonsense. Just a personal thanks to you guys. At least we know we're never going to get downright robbed by you guys...

to be fair, though, the timing of this preorder announcement is all about getting some Christmas $$$...at least that's my opinion...

Yes you are correct it is about getting the holiday $$, if it wasn't why not announce this next month...

But on the other hand I am asking the wife to order this for me for xmas

I have no problem with the timing of it, nothing wrong with them selling as many as they can. I just think we should hold the applause over the timing of the release...

Yeah, I suppose you have a point there. But, you have to admit, if this were available NOW, they would make ten times as much $$$ IMO, so I guess the lesser of two evils...
