I saw Pearl Jam for the last time in Vancouver last year. I had a really good time. Thanks to ( don't remember her tag name ) for the last minute ten club ticket..

Anyways, I was just wondering if someone knows who was the lighting designer and which company provided the equipment.

by the way, any roadies in the place ? (:

Thanks

they should go back to the 5 candle setup and ditch the fancy schmancy lighting.
i'm more a fan of popular bands.. like the bee-gees, pearl jam

    Agreed.

And to answer the OP, I don't believe PJ has as standard a lighting company (unlike their die-hard happiness with Rat Sound).

However, lighting concepts would be discussed in advance of a tour between the band and their Tour Manager, Dick Adams and/or the Tour Production Manager, Jerry Gilleland. Being that Dick Adams used to be their production manager in the first 10 years, and is now their tour manager, I'm guessing that he is probably the one who has discussed their lighting most consistently with the band, and then the lighting company produces whatever PJ and Mr Adams decide.

Dick Adams also tours with other acts (or at least used to) so chances are you won't find him in their home offices off-tour.
ADD 5,200 to the post count you see, thank you. :)
