    Just saw this as well. I don't know the details, but article makes it sound like he was on the side of the business not implicated in the fraud. Any suicide is tragic.

    Saw this on Yahoo earlier today, so sad. Old Bernie was only thinking about himself and money, not how his actions would affect others. I believe this was the same son who turned him in. I'm not sure why he made this choice, just like his dad, he didn't think about how this would affect his family. So sorry for his family and the torment he must have felt that lead him to make this horrible decision.
