I know there are plenty of Wilco threads, but I just have to give a shout out to Jeff for providing me with one of the greatest concert-going experiences I've ever had the other night. Did anyone else go to any of these shows or see him solo before? It was AMAZING! I can honestly say that I would go see him play solo over any other living performer at this stage of his career (and yes, that includes you-know-who). It's not just about how great the songs are, it's about the delivery and personality. I would pay to see him do a spoken word gig because he is that entertaining. I was in the front row, dead center and when he came to the edge of the stage and did "Dreamer in my Dreams" without the PA, it was without a doubt the most surreal experience I've ever had at a concert.

I was at the Charlottesville show which looks like it got the best of the four shows he did during this mini-tour. 23 songs including 3 Uncle Tupelo songs and what could turn out to be the first and only performance of John Lennon's "Gun".

Nice, jealous. Saw him back-to-back nights in LA a few years ago. Only time I've ever bought tix for more than 1 night of a performer & it was so so so very worth it. 2 of the best shows I've ever seen. Hoping he pays us another visit in LA sometime.

Agreed with you on his personality. So engaging a front-man. Dude is fantastic.
