Luthiers in Spain?

I know this is a pretty unusual question, but I am going to be touring some cities in the South of Spain in a few weeks, and was wondering if anyone knows of any good luthiers that would allow one to visit and see what they do. If anyone could help, that'd be great, and if not - nothing ventured, nothing gained!
