Hi all.

I've turned my EV petition website into a Social Network Community site for all those coming to, or following the Eddie Vedder Aussie Tour.

I'm inviting members to join, especially those who want to set up online groups, register thier events, be 'experts in the field' of their city to provide answers to people from out of town and so on. I will run the site and no-one else need do more than enjoy themselves in what they are doing. Closer to the shows
I will looking for people to provide reviews of shows for the news section and maybe even 'news from the road' type observations. Whatever works! You can post your touring photos and videos etc as you ddo with facebook and this could become a great historical document of the tour.

The site allows for facebook style networking, chat, discussions, event posting/invites/rsvp etc, forum and so on. Soon I willl add city maps, blogging, tour news and other assorted bits and pieces as they come to mind over the next few weeks/months.

Ove the last year I've been lucky enough to catch three legs of the backspacer tour (LA09, AUS09,NY10) and there were many excellent after and preshow events and fans helped each other in so many ways. I met some awesome people and feel everyone who contributes to this stands to gain friendship that will last forever.

It is open to all so invite your friends.
