No standing or dancing in the dress circle people

Does anyone know what the "Orchestra" section is at the front of Melb? It's not even an option when selecting tickets.
  • I'd prefer to take my chances on Friday - although knowing MY luck my PC will crash and it will sell out in 3 mins.

Well I've never been there. Just asking.

It's where the orchestra sit during shows. Obviously it'll be empty for Eddie - but it's a recess in the floor so that there is no visual obstruction from the orchestra when they're in there playing.

K thanks. I thought it might be a flat GA section or something.

6th row - not too shabby - very happy :):):)
  • I'm getting an offer of row Q in the Dress Circle @ the Palais - but that's just so far away....surely I'll get better on Friday.

Will my greed be my downfall?

It was for me for Syd 2... I knocked back row R or something. Ended up buying row W (not a huge difference, but still...)
Get it if you've got the cash.. I'm hoping i can sell my extras.
  • What extras you got?

Just one extra for Newcastle at the moment.
Will be looking to upgrade my Syd 2 ticket on Friday. No spares for Melbourne at the moment... I think some good seats will come up on friday, in the first 30 seconds or so.. :)
  • Gotta be quick.

I just gotta be prepared this time!

I'm thinking of hitting Melb 2 first, just to sacrifice my Melb 1 spot a bit for *fingers crossed* a great spot for Melb 2. But the fact Melb 2 is FRIDAY night probably means my logic is in reverse.

One thing I've learnt - DO NOT try to secure allocations to BOTH shows at the same time in different browser tabs. That's what destroyed my 4th row lounge seat....

Go with the dual PC setup. I had Melb 1 on the desktop and Melb 2 on the laptop, worked a treat...

Me too... I had 3 going at once. Aaahhh hindsight... whatever you do is always the wrong thing. Work out your top priority and go from there... 3rd time lucky 8-)

My second computer saved me today. TM kicked me off after i refreshed too often at 9.59am.
The ticketek set up is so much smoother.
