gorilla birds fly in anger
lowly bipeds flee the danger
and the curtains lift
from the cold air that enters the room
“I knew you were just like all the other boys”
she said between deep sobs
"i hate you"
she said with disgust
his heart ached at her words
and a single tear escaped,
falling towards the shag carpet
in a flash of white heat anger
he heaved the black telecaster across the room
strings popping from the guitar
sounding like metal hearts breaking
“we can never come back from this”
he screamed
“fuck you”
she yelled,
as she swiped the air next to his face
with razor sharp death

then,… quiet.

he placed his hand on his throat
and felt the sticky warm life leave his body
he opened his mouth to say something,..
but only a bloody gurgle escaped,..

then,.. darkness.
Peace, Love.
