Stomping baby birds
Shooting their parents
Kicking dogs
Beating horses
Slapping women
Beat them down
No chance for revolt
I am man
Fear me
Revere me
My testosterone level
Will never be in question
My y chromosome
Is always in charge
Never mind I carry an x
I make sure it never shows
Can’t allow that x side to be exposed

Put me in the desert for too much time
And like will find like
And we will be the ones
Raping and burning children
Torturing and shooting innocents
Left on my own
I would be content to
Beat my wife
Browbeat my children
Cheat any and everybody
so

From our private pact
With gusto and zeal

Who are the geniuses
that put us here?

    even a good war story is founded on an ugly war
    but grant me a small amount of license
    this is my first attempt outside my own realm of knowledge
    my first masculine persona so i went for the extreme
    inspired by a post i read months ago
    on the dreaded train
    about how a group of american soldiers had done despicable acts to innocents
    just reinforced why i blame the bush-cheney-rumsfeld buckpassing trio
    these soldiers either started out or became evil, but the incindiary circumstances surrounding them for far too long revolved around the white house, and still do i suppose
