    Bob Marley's music STILL to this day has great power and strength to soothe the soul.

    My daughter did the same thing except no crying just a defiant arching of her back which she held for minutes on end to NOT get in that car seat. I played all kinds of reggae which calmed her down. I think it worked because she was smart enough at the time to know it made me happy and kept me calm.
