I think it is in Seattle! It would be great if they set up a residency at a venue and play a different record each night and celebrate the 20th anniversary that way... maybe follow the record by playing a set of hits?

Well if it is Australia and they are holing out for a promoter announcement first - the BDO second announcement is at 12pm here tomorrow. 5pm Seattle time Monday. If nothing happens by then you can rule that one out!
  • Is it bad that I'm still scouring the board, waiting silently?
  • I don't knock 10 Club/the Mods for not giving us news....I know it's out of their control when and what is announced.

But I will blame them for making people sit around and wait all day long for news. Did they tell us there would be news Monday? No. Did they strongly hint there would be news? Yeah and they know people around here follow every syllable that they give us. They literally caused people to sit and refresh for 12 hours because who knows if they will put tickets on sale immediately. Let me stress....i'm not mad at the lack of news. I'm mad that no one had the decency to tell us there would be no news today but there was time to lock threads on the board. It's really disappointing.
nop its not like that..they said all be ok with membership at the end of the week, they didnt say Monday!!WE thought will be monday..i dont blame 10c,for be here all day,i blame my self cos im a freak, staying here, waiting for an announcement that i cant go..

Someone on the Bluesfest forum started a thread about Eddie today. Interesting.

Nope. And it's nearly midnight in Seattle.

I guess we'll have to go through it all again tomorrow.

Didn't you just go to bed a few hours ago? It seems like it.

Or maybe it's because I've been checking here all day.

Morning everybody. It's Tuesday ... I'm up to work now but I'm hoping that something happens today here. I don't care what it is by now as long as it's anything

OK...I went to bed, had a crappy sleep, got woken up just before 6am (bless my little 2yr old  ), got the sniffles and still nothing??

And why is the weather - blizzard conditions and all - even an excuse? It's not like they're working outdoors or sending us the announcement by courier pigeons! We get meters of snow here every winter with temps sometimes dropping to -40C (google the fahrenheit if u want) and ppl still collect the garbage, trucks still deliver goods and mummies still get their littlies to kindie.
We shd all chill & get back to our lives. It's not likely to be anything like 'tour dates for next month on the other side of the planet from where u are, tickets on sale now so hurry over to the goods section'. I'll eat my jumper if it is :lol:
if I keep holding out,.... will the light shine through?

nah they play pj all day every day. we have an awesome independent radio station where half the town has their own time slot... and for a small town, we have quite a high percentage of jammers. we get full albums/live shows played some days.

Really? So where are you? You don't have to tell me the exact town. Last thing I remember is you were living at Port Douglas .. I think.
