iTunes problems on my laptop

I bought a new laptop with WIndows 7 last month, and my iTunes was working fine until yesterday. I tried uploading some music on to my computer via iTunes, and then all of a sudden I got a message saying there is a problem with itunes. After that it just the itunes went off the screen. I've been on the phone with apple support, microsoft and even dell support (for an hour and a half). Has this happened to anyone else?

    I did and the same thing happened afterwards.
