600x600 art for 2000 & 2003 tour boots?

A few months ago someone posted awesome 600x600 art for each boot since 2008. They were made from poster images and they were beautiful and perfect for tagging digital files.

Does anyone have a collection of similar covers for the 2000 or 2003 our boots?
If not, how about good quality scans of the original (boring) cardboard covers?

    I'm currently working on extracting high-quality art for the 2005 tour from the original PDFs. They look pretty good so far. I'd still much prefer the poster art, tho.
