    This is a great offer again D!! I'd love to read this book and it's definately on my shopping/Christmas list anyway. I would go to all the places mentioned here quite gladly. Wuhlheide, Berlin is the place where I experienced my best ever gig and I'd go back every year if PJ played there but for somewhere new I think London's Royal Albert Hall would be an exceptional place to see them, maybe with a Benaroya style show and some strings thrown in here and there.... :D I can even give you the setlist I'd choose for it!! :) Thanks for the chance and for continuing the amazing spirit you've created here!
