Peavey VYPYR can emulate most PJ guitar sounds

I have been playing the 100 watt solid state version of this amp with the Vypyr Sanpera 400 preset pedal and you can bank
all the sounds and name them what you what so if you wanted to you could set it up and play all the songs off all the PJ albums with just one amp and one pedal. I run a Gibson Les Paul electric 6 string and a Fender Strat through it. $600 and no more stomp boxes or multiple pedals the all in one Vyphr is the best I've heard, it beats out amps that cost 10x as much! I've owned Marshall, Krank, Measa Boogie and they are all great but this little amp beats them all around.

I can appreciate an honest gear review, but that reads like ad copy more than an honest gear review.
What mccreadyisgod said.
don't sweat what these guys said, if you like the amp and can get the sounds that you want out of it, then that is all that matters. i have been playing about 15 years and have played a ton of amps, and my tastes change almost daily. i have never found the sound i want. i have been close, but never nailed it. if you can do that, that is a great thing.
"Well, you tell him that I don't talk to suckas."
You know I'm screwing with you...
I'd rather play through a old Peavey Stereo Chorus http://cgi.ebay.com/Peavey-Stereo-Choru ... 2eb13cc0ea :ugeek:

That right there is freaking funny...

I also maintain that the TransTube Bandit is a great-sounding amp, provided you use it with the paired extension cab. And Stone's affinity for the Delta Blues 210 is well-known.
There are also a fair share of digital modelers around this board, too, so there's nothing wrong with modeling amps in theory. I still love the soul of analog circuitry, but digital amps are incredibly convenient... kind of like how I listen to my iTunes/iPod more than I listen to vinyl records. I've spent hours with headphone on and a Pod at my feet, getting lost in the options.
Which is all to say that the point(s) of the OP are not lost on this crowd, just that the post rings a bit like a spammer trying to drum up interest in a new product, rather than an authentic fan joining our conversation (with his first post on the board). So I'm sorry if I'm a tad jaded and skeptical. Last thing I wanna do is scare away a fellow gearhead from the MT region.
