So after 10 years with Matt being in the band, I think Ed FINALLY let him run loose this tour. His drumming is off the fucking hook this tour. Its about time.

Don't know how many people noticed, but his drumset is bigger now. He has two more toms to the left of his snare, (look like about 8' and 10') and one more crash in between his two rack toms.

    yeahh! Matt went crazy this tour! For my personal taste his best drumming was on 1998 and 2008 tour!
    love his new set up, but I didn't knew he had 2 extra toms,.. pics please :)

    just check the pics out on PJ.com. You can clearly hear him using them during alot of the songs. their high pitched. check out WMA, he uses them alot for that song.

    I wonder if it had anything to do with the tour being only a handful of dates... he didn't really have to pace himself because the tour was so short... maybe he holds back a bit knowing full well he has to perform every other or so night for like 6 months.

    If Matt want's to go buy two extra toms he doesn't have to ask for Ed's permission. Ed doesn't LET Matt do shit, Matt does what Matt wants to do.

    matt play too fast on some songs(severed hand,worldwide suiside,comotose,even flow, ect. hes a good drummer but someone needs to tell him to slow down just a little.

    i wonder why he plays fast on PJ songs.

    i thought he played good on SG songs which is mostly slow songs, I thought.
