  • Not tonight. Saw them in PA last week. They were amazing. We didn't get there until about 8:30 and they were already on. They played for a while did a short 10-15 minute break then came back on till 11:30 or so. AMAZING vocals including the backup singers. Note I'm not a huge fan but they were great!! ENJOY!

Beavis: All my friends are brown and red? What does that mean?
Butthead: It means that his friends are like turds and that they like suck.

If it was a year ago, I'd be there!
But alas, it is not. Anyone going- have a lot of fun! Always wanted to see the Crowes live, I'm sure they'll put on one hell of a show, as that is what I have heard!

Set List and crowd were charged...At least the section I was in.
The place is sweet...Its like a bunker below time square...Full bar, which is a nice touch.
    The sound was incredible.
This was my second Crowes show. The venue is tight... Acoustic set to open was just plain bananas.

If they are coming to a neighborhood near you...go see them.

Saw them in DC Sunday night. Good show, but I like their concerts years ago better when they weren't a "jam band." I love "Wiser Time," but I don't need a 25 minute version with a piano solo, a keyboard solo, a triangle solo, a xylophone solo, 12 guitar solos, and a cazoo.

When Rich and Luther kick back in together towards the end of the jam in Wiser, and when Steve Gorman starts building up the drums to kick back into the chorus - that's some of the best music you'll hear! Not everyone is into the jams though I understand, maybe I love it because I play guitar? Just lose yourself in it. Surrender. You'll enjoy it more : )

Gonna have to disagree with you there... The 12+ minute "Thorn in My Pride" was the best moment in the Black Crowes set.
