I also loved that the actual band isn't in the video at all yet it's their actual video for that song. Great song too.
I also love that the band isnt in the video so I dont have to see them. :D
especially the lead singer and his crazy wandering eyes.

    how was it?

They put on a great show. I can't wait to see how they progress as a band, when they have more than 2 albums of material and can play longer shows.

I was disappointed with the venues scheduling/ advertisement. It was printed on the tickets that the show started at 7:30 with 2 openers. They sent the first opener on at 7! I was really wanting to check out Bear's Den as I enjoy their EP.

Sounds more like Coldplay than Mumford, and I can't stand Coldplay. Hopefully its not a sign for what to expect from the rest of the album

Love it! Like my previous thoughts in the Silverchair thread, these guys couldn't keep making the same damn record over and over and over again. Everything musical is derivative to a degree in my opinion, so who cares who they sound like? These guys are exploring a sound and style that's different for them. Also, everything is so fookin' crammed in close together in cities.

I thought Coldplay too when I heard the new single. I do like it, but not as much as I like their old sound. But I do understand trying to evolve as a band. I'm just hoping for some more Mumford ballads on this album.

Agreed. I'm sure I will like some of the tracks, but it will be hard to follow up after their previous 2 albums. I just hope they don't go the path of The Avett Brothers.

I like the new song but love their other songs, bring back the banjo. They were interviewed on Australian radio when they premiered the new song, the banjo was been put away for their new album. I'm sure these songs will grow on myself and other fans used to the banjo.

I definitely want to see them, but not gonna happen at one of the few Gentlemen stopovers. Are they going to tour for real?

I'm sure there will be arena dates at some point.

I'm not sure this band deserves the all caps and that many exclamation marks.

Like the new single, I don't think it sounds anything like KOL. I think it sounds like theme, but with electric guitars now. Glad they are trying to grow and do new stuff.

Same. Musicians should do what excites them first and foremost. Couldn't listen to Babel II: Return To Babelyon...hahaha!! Didn't Metallica teach us a lesson with Unforgiven 2?

Never really paid much attention to them, but The Wolf is a great tune, great energy to it - I'm just watching the live version from SNL, sounds even better live.
