The I Dont Give A Damn About Politics and Election Thread

As election results are being calculated, i thought it appropriate to have a post and thread reguarding those of us who could give a damn who wins, and who loses, and feel politics and especially electoral politics is a game and asinine.

I did catch someone saying "this is a referendum on what obama has done in the last 2 years". Well, that would mean he would have HAD to HAVE DONE SOMETHING FIRST. He hasnt.

2 wars continue to wage on. We have a sitting president who believes just like bush and others that terrorism can be eliminated, and that it can be done through the barrel of a gun or by dropping bombs out of planes. We have a president oblivious to the worst economy since the great depression.

So on this election night, I couldnt care less about any of it. They are all bums, dems, repiblicans, and independents.

not just because you just posted that you dont wanna hear about politics, in a current events forum, but also because you clearly have an opinion on politics... or on something political anyways..

I agree. It's all a load of bollocks. Just a circus people see on t.v. It has nothing to do with people being politically active and engaged - that happens a long way from the money-fuelled, flag-waving wank-fest taking place on your television sets.

no/most politicians will ever know what a bad economy is because they don't live it they shuffle numbers and make sure we pay them will for screwing us so if you think about we non politicians could be arrested for soliciting prostitution ...I mean we are paying them to screw us right ?

what kind of satisfaction can that give you?
what kind of "change" are you making?
it seems that people like you vote only because everyone else is doing it
or because it's your right(the bone they throw you)

this is kind of funny, I am going to write a tread about not wanting to write a tread. if you don't care about the election than why bother writing about it on AMT where peopel generally talk about politics.
