need info for a song "passing through"

i got a copy of some stuff from my friend with rare vedder music. there is a song called "passing through" with a bunch of different people, most sound country. could someone give me the background on who they are and where/when it was done. thanks alot

    & the choruses are all together. Really nice song, & their voices all work well together. Ed - sorry Wes - sounds good doing country.
