God Save the Queen and God Bless America

Are these songs to the same melody? Just watched Jeff Beck perform what Mike Tirico(?) annouced as God Save the Queen but it sounded like God Bless America to me.

Glad to see real football in London. ;) How do you feel about The Star-Spangled Banner being performed there? I know it's history but just curious.
