You drive the point home
I remain silent
As the stake's driven through my chest
My heart is split in two
Two sides to every story
Two sides to every person
A person being a woman
Beautiful
Statuesque
Stain of blood, no less
She drives the point home
While I drive my car off a cliff
Suspended in air
Suspended in belief
A belief that she might change
Her mind
Her side
Like drinking Merlot, red wine
A tree gets planted
It needs room to grow
An answer to a riddle
I will never know
Yet, the tree still
Still continues to grow
Branches out in both directions
Like hands reaching out for me...tbc
