  • Just got my recall notice. Two more years of payments - I need to keep it running!

My car is so reliable, I'll at least consider buying another Toyota despite these recall waves. They're addressing their problems. Not all manufacturers would take the initiative to do so.

With the size of my Tundra, I don't need to worry about the brakes not working. Others might, but I don't have to...

I'd still buy a Toyota over any other American car.
I've heard VWs are great too, the day I get a car, it'll be a Jetta (or Golf) or a Toyota of some kind.

Depending on what model Toyota you buy, you actually will end up buying an American car . . . or in the case of the Corolla, it will be Canadian  :D
